Andy Mcnab and Rober Rigby-Boy Soldier
I selected this book because I like novels which involve action and spying. In this case I read all the cherub books and I enjoyed it and then I looked at the back of the book to see what boy soldier was about and it had the same outline as the cherub books. This book is non-fiction and it is about a 17 year old boy called Danny who tries to rack his grandpa down because he is a enemy but only to find himself helping his grandad to get out of trouble at the end of the book.

This book is set in England Wilkshire 2005. The main characters are Danny, Elena and Fergus. Danny is a fit lanky boy and he is 17. He is the grandson of Fergus who is in his 50's and suffers from a limp from a gun shot. Elena is Danny's best friend and she tries to help him solve this mysterious puzzle.

I think that the author has chosen to write this novel because he wants to share a message to everyone saying that anything is possible and that you should never give up hope. The novel is also about passion and love for each other. That is the thing that kept the characters in the novel to keep going. I don't think that the novel had anything to do with the author or with his past life. I think he just likes writing books about spies and action

I would like to read the next book and see what happens to Danny, Fergus and Elena

I didn't understand why they suddenly wanted to kill Danny as well because he hadn't done anything.

This book does not really relate to anything else. It is fictional but it is a young James Bond type or Alex Rider or Cherub. This book is non fictional because it is not real.

I was enjoying reading this book because it is fast moving and I love these king of spy movies. As the novel finished I was really looking forward to reading the next one because if I don't read the next one I will never know what happens. There was not really any characters I could relate to but I learnt alot of army and soldier talk which was really interesting. I think the part where Fergus and Danny finally got along was really inspiring. I really enjoyed it and this is why I want to read the whole series.

For the film editing I would take out his foster home because their was nothing really intersesting that happened their. He has described each movement very carefully which makes you feel like your in the story as well.
